You can access your LEAP software by:

• Double-clicking  on your desktop and entering your login details, or
• Clicking  on your Windows taskbar and entering your login details.
• Logging onto LEAP Web (LEAP 365) via https://app.leap365.ca/ using the Google Chrome browser.

LEAP Desktop:
Enter your Username and Password, then select Sign in.
To remain signed in on this device, select Keep me signed in.
To update your password, use the Change Password option. If you have forgotten your password, use Forgot Password to reset it.

LEAP Web (LEAP 365):
Enter your Username and Password, then click Sign in, or 
Select Sign in with Microsoft.

Additional Information:
You can be signed in to LEAP Desktop, LEAP Web (LEAP 365), and LEAP Mobile at the same time.
You cannot log in to LEAP Desktop on multiple computers at the same time (for example, on both a home laptop and a work laptop).

Once you are logged in, a LEAP matter list window will appear.

• To create a new matter, click the New Matter button located in the top-right corner on the Matter List. For detailed instructions, refer to Creating a Matter.
  You can also search for an existing matter and double-click it to open.
• Create new client cards to add to the matter, or search for existing cards.
• To begin drafting documents, use the New Document option found under LEAP Productivity > Details & Correspondence.

Before you exit, make sure you save and close any open matters and documents leaving only your Matter List displayed.

To exit LEAP:

• Click the LEAP Menu > Exit.

If you are experiencing issues with LEAP freezing or becoming unresponsive when exiting the application or closing a matter,please ensure that LEAP is added to your Antivirus and Firewall Exception List.
