How To

Location: Menu > Home > under Documents > Document Packets.

The report listing can only be accessed and printed from LEAP Desktop within the Document Packets window by clicking on User-added image at the top-left corner of the window.

Document Packets feature within LEAP Menu outputs a list of document packets, including:

Name of client the packet it is assigned to;
Matter number the packet is assigned to;
Packet location;
Number of documents assigned to the packet.

Important Notes:

When calculating the number of documents assigned to the packet ('No. of Documents'), the report only considers document registers that have been auto-numbered. Therefore, users are encouraged to use auto-numbering for document registers to ensure an accurate count.

When a packet only contains manual-numbered registers, the 'No. of Documents' field will display 'Not Available'.
When a packet contains a mixture of auto-numbered and manual-numbered registers, the 'No. of Documents' field will only count the auto-numbered registers.

To enable the display of deleted packets, click on the Document Packets window to select Show Deleted before report printing.
Deleted items on the report will have an asterisk next to the Packet Number.

Report Fields:

Packet No.	The packet number of the item.
Client	The client card attached to the packet.
Matter Number	The matter number of which the packet is attached to.
Location	The physical location of the packet.
No. of Documents	The number of document registers attached to the packet. NOTE: The field only considers document registers that have been auto-numbered
