Is there a way for download an entire matter.
Leap help says that you are limited to downloading 100 files at a time. https://help.leaplegalsoftware.ca/s/article/How-to-Export-Matter-Correspondence-from-LEAP-CA
We have a lawyer leaving our firm and taking a few files. I cannot for the life of me understand how LEAP can be cumbersome.
Does anyone have a work around? I though maybe you could make a .zip file within a matter, and then export the .zip, but that doesn't seem to be an option.

I have never found a way around this. Perhaps Leap uses this as a way to prevent law firms from ever changing systems because I sure as hell have no idea how that would work. Good luck
Here's a crappy work around: create a LawConnect share of the entire folder to another email address. Login, and choose "Download All" from the top right.
It will still be hell if you have a lot of different files you want to download. But it is still better than 100 at a time.
