If you experience the error message "Word is running into problems with the 'leapofficeword' add-in" while using LEAP with Word, please refer to the following steps to resolve the issue.

Check to make sure your LEAP and Microsoft accounts have the same email address associated with them

In order to use the LEAP for Word Add-in, you will need to log in to a Microsoft account that has the same assigned email address as your LEAP account. If you need to change your LEAP account's email address, please refer to the steps to edit your staff details in Application Settings - Staff Members.
Reset the connection between LEAP and Word

Antivirus/Firewall Settings
