How To

If you are encountering the "Add-in error, you don't have permission to use this add-in. Contact your system administrator to request access" message when trying to access the LEAP for Word add-in, please share the following steps with your IT or system administrator to have the add-in re-added.

In any web browser tab head to - https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/microsoft-365/business/microsoft-365-administration and click on Admin Center in the top right corner.
Click on the drop-down arrow next to the Settings tab on the left-hand side.
Click on Integrated Apps.
Click on Get apps and search for “LEAP for Word” then click on Get it now.
Follow through with the prompts and enable whole organisation so everyone can access the LEAP add-in.
Once the status next to the add-in is marked OK restart all 365 applications.
Test if you can now use the add-in (you may have to login to the add-in with your LEAP username and password).

If LEAP for Word add-in doesn't load automatically when opening a document, Update your LEAP.

If you are still unable to access the LEAP for Word add-in after following these steps, you may need to check environmental factors such as system requirements. If issues continue occurring, please contact LEAP Client Support for further assistance.
