The LEAP Timesheet allows you to modify Activities along with Time Entries and Fees.

To access the LEAP Timesheet for AutoTime:

•    Click the LEAP Menu > Accounting > under General Accounting > Timesheet.
•    Click at the top left-hand corner of the Matter List or any matter.

Activities can be modified via the LEAP Timesheet or from within the Time Entry window.

From the LEAP Timesheet, you can modify the Elapsed Time, Units and Billing Description. You can also apply Activity Codes to your activities, which will sync back to the matter in LEAP. 

From the Time Entry window, you can modify the Time and Units for an activity.

When an activity has been modified, it will be labelled as 'Time manually adjusted'. There will also be an option to revert the modified time entry back to its original entry. Click Revert from either within the Timesheet or Time Entry window to restore the time entry to its original state. 

You can include/exclude certain activities from an invoice by using the toggle in the Included column from the Time Entry window.

• Activities set to Included (Included toggle on) - Will appear on invoices with the time entry value.
• Activities set to Non-Included (Included toggle off) - Will appear on invoices but with zero charges.
• Activities set to the billing status Not Billable -  Will not appear on invoices. 

You will have access to various filters to review all of the recorded activities for the matter.

To access the Activities:

1. Open the relevant matter.

2. Click LEAP Accounting. 

   LEAP Accounting will open in a new window.

3. Click Time & Fees and select the Activities tab.

Activity Filters

The list of Activities can be filtered by date range, staff, and billing status.

Date Range - set a custom date range to view activities recorded during the selected period. By default the date range will be set to display the last 30 days of activities.

Staff - filter the activity list to display activities created by all staff or a selected staff member.

Billing Status - the activity list can be filtered by the following billing statuses:

Time Entry

• Billable - Next Invoice: Displays entries that have the Billable toggle on and is billable on the next invoice.
• Billable - Later Invoice: Displays entries that have the Billable toggle on and is billable on the invoice after next.
• Not Billable: Displays entries that have the Billable toggle off.
• Billed: Displays all entries that have been invoiced.

Activity

• Billable: Displays activities on a time entry that have the Billable toggle on.
• Not Billable: Displays activities on a time entry that have the Billable toggle off.
• No Status: Displays all activities recorded that are not associated to a time entry.
• Deleted: Displays all activities that have been deleted.

You can select the tick-box to include tax.

You can now search for 'Activities' using the 'Type' filter within the Search Time and Fees window.

To access the Search Time and Fees window, click the LEAP Menu > Accounting > under General Accounting > Time & Fees.

View time recorded by other staff by adding a staff member to the timesheet via Timesheet > File > New Sheet and select the staff member.
