Location: LEAP Menu > Reports > Trust > Separate Interest-Bearing Accounts > Separate Interest-Bearing Accounts Listing of Accounts

Purpose: Provides a list of Separate Interest-Bearing Accounts as of a specified "End Date". The report helps ensure proper tracking of these accounts for compliance, reconciliation, and auditing.

The calculation of account balances is based on the "End Date" and "Calculated by" options.

The report includes:
- Active Separate Interest-Bearing Accounts, regardless of whether they have a balance or a null balance.
- Closed accounts, if they have a balance as of the selected "End Date".

Filters:

End Date	The report captures account balances as of the specified date.
Group By	Group the results by: None: No grouping is applied. Staff Responsible Staff Acting
Run By	Calculates balances based on either Entry date or Transaction date. Both dates are determined based on the transaction window.

Report Fields:

Matter	The matter number.
Matter Description	The matter description.
Client Name	The client card(s).
Account Name	The Separate Interest-Bearing Account's name.
Transit No. & Acc. No.	The Transit Number and Account Number of the Separate Interest-Bearing Accounts.
Institution	The bank of the Separate Interest-Bearing Accounts.
Balance	The balance of the account at the selected date, based on entry date or transaction date.
