Will my LawConnect profile be available online to the general public?

Your LawConnect URL will get cached on Google and other search engines in time. However, this does not allow anyone to access any information on your LEAP matter. Only your client whom you have shared documents with can access the account.

How can my client create an account on LawConnect?

Once you share a matter related document with your client, the link they receive will contain the option to sign up for a LawConnect account.

Will my clients need to pay to create an account?

No, your client will only require a username and password to create an account.

How do I update my firm logo on my LawConnect account?
