Emails:

Entries will be grouped in an Activity by the email subject thread. This means when you send and receive emails within the same email thread, a grouped activity will be created containing all email correspondence related to the email subject.

Documents:

An entry is created for each staff member, per day who work on a document. If a staff member works on a document multiple times throughout a day, individual activities will be recorded in their respective Time Entry under the Activities tab:

When multiple staff members work on the same document, a unique Time Entry will be created for each staff member detailing their specific activities and cumulative time spent.

Appointments & Meetings:

When staff members attend appointments or meetings, all attendees will have a separate activity created to accommodate their individual time and attendance in the meeting or appointment. You can adjust your individual time and billing description.

Mobile:

Entries recorded from the LEAP Mobile will also be grouped. Activities include:

• Making phone calls
• Sending SMS
• Scanning documents
• Recording voice memos
• Making video calls

A Billing Description tab is available within grouped activities which allows you to change the activity description.
