Location: LEAP Menu > Reports > Matters & Clients > Appointments

Purpose: Provides a detailed overview of appointments scheduled across matters, allowing users to filter and group data by staff roles, date range, or client. It helps track appointment details such as client, assigned staff, timing, and subject, to enhance matter management.

Report Filters:

Date RangeDisplays all the appointments dated within the selected range. 
Staff 

Includes three staff-related filters to narrow down matters based on the roles of selected staff members:

  • Inc. Inactive Staff: Provides an option to include or exclude Inactive Staff Members from the the Staff list for selection. 

NOTE:

    • A staff member is considered Inactive if their Current Staff Member option is togged off under the Access & Permissions in the Staff Details window (Menu > Settings > Application Settings > Firm > Staff > Members).
  • Staff Type: Filters results to include only matters where the selected staff member(s) are assigned to one of the following roles:
    • Staff Responsible
    • Staff Acting
    • Introducing Lawyer
  • Staff: Provides a list of staff members to select from, dynamically updated based on the 'Include Inactive Staff' setting. 
AssigneeNarrows down results to only include appointments assigned to the selected staff member(s). 
Group By

The results can be grouped based on one of the following criteria:

    1. None: No grouping is applied; results are displayed in their default order.
    2. Client: Groups results by client.
    3. Introducing Lawyer: Groups results by the assigned 'Introducing Lawyer' staff member.
    4. Staff Acting: Groups results by the 'Person Acting' on the matter.
    5. Staff Responsible: Groups results by the 'Person Responsible' the matter.
    6. Start Date: Groups results by the appointment's start date.

Report Fields:

Matter No. Displays the matter number.
Client/OrganizerDisplays the client or organizer of the appointment. 
Assigned ToDisplays the staff member who is assigned to the appointment.
Start TimeDisplays the start date and time of the appointment.
End TimeDisplays the end date and time of the appointment.
SubjectDisplays the subject of the appointment.
