How To

If the error message "A receipt was updated by another user. Please close and try again." appears unexpectedly when you try to create a bank deposit slip, this may be because the LEAP cache has not updated properly. Please refer to the following steps to resolve the issue.

  1. From the firm's LEAP Administrator's device, navigate to: LEAP Menu > Settings > Application Settings > Firm > under Staff > Members.   A Staff Members List will display.

  2. Click the name of the affected Staff Member  > Device Management

  3. Click Sign Out & Clear on every listed device.

  4. The affected user can log back in to LEAP and try creating the bank deposit slip again.
