At LEAP, we continually assess how our features are being used to ensure we’re investing in the tools that deliver the most value to our clients. After careful evaluation, we’ve made the decision to pause activity on the LEAP Leads feature as of November 2, 2025.
Our review shows that only a small percentage of clients are actively using LEAP Leads. Because the goal of this feature is to connect consumers with qualified legal professionals, maintaining an active network of attorneys is essential. Without sufficient participation, we’re unable to provide the experience and results that both consumers and clients expect.
