You may occasionally encounter the error 'The matter's state was not valid and has been changed to the default state' when opening a matter. Please see below for information on how to resolve this error.

To resolve the error, hold the ALT key and double-click the affected matter. This action forces the matter to sync directly from the server.

If the issue persists, please perform a LEAP Repair. 

If you continue to experience issues after repairing LEAP, you may perform a clean install of LEAP or contact LEAP Client Support for further assistance.
