How To

The View as Client feature allows a firm to do the following:

View a list of users for a matter, who had items shared with them via LawConnect.
Select a user, and view LawConnect as the user in a read-only mode.

The View as Client button is currently available from the Share drop-down from a matter and from the Shared items list.

Open the matter.
Make sure you're on the Details & Correspondence tab.
Click the drop-down arrow next to and select View as Client.

The LawConnect View as Client window will open.
Click to select and highlight the client who's item on LawConnect you would like to view.
Click View.

The matter will now open in LawConnect using your default internet browser.

Your client will receive an email notification when viewing their files.

Open the matter.
Make sure you're on the Details & Correspondence tab.
Right click any document in the matter > LawConnect > View Shared Items.
Click View As.
Click to select and highlight the client who's item on LawConnect you would like to view.
Click View.
The matter will now open in LawConnect using your default internet browser.

Your client will receive an email notification when viewing their files.
